ITC/Marrabinya
The Integrated Team Care (ITC) Program, known as Marrabinya in the Far West, supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with chronic illnesses by providing coordinated care to manage conditions at home. Funded by the Australian Government, it connects individuals with local health services for the right care at the right time. If you have a chronic illness and a GP Management Plan or Team Care Arrangement, you may be eligible. Contact Maari Ma Health or your GP to learn more about accessing the Marrabinya program.
