Eligibility Criteria:

All families, children and young people affected by mental health issues NB: must pass screening tool.

Personal Helpers and Mentors: 

16 and over whose life is impacted due to mental illness. You do not need to have been formally diagnosed with a mental illness NB: must pass screening tool.

Referral Method:

Referral by other agencies or self referred
